Part-Time Supply Chain Assistant – Premium Dutch Supplement Brand

About the Role
BLCKMNTN® is a high-performance supplement brand from the Netherlands, combining ancient tradition with modern science to help people unlock their physical and mental energy. As we grow internationally, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-driven Supply Chain Assistant to help manage our global operations.
You’ll support day-to-day supply chain tasks—keeping inventories updated, coordinating with suppliers, managing logistics, and finding new sourcing opportunities. This is a part-time role with high ownership and growth potential.

Your Responsibilities
• Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels across EU and US warehouses and flag when restocking is needed.
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate with international suppliers (email + video calls) to follow up on orders, timelines, and documents.
• Admin & Documentation: Manage invoices, shipping docs, tracking info, and basic logistics reporting.
• Supply Chain Visibility: Help build clear dashboards and processes to keep our operations organized and transparent.
• Problem-Solving: Identify delays or risks and assist in finding fast, effective solutions.
• Supplier Research: Find and evaluate new suppliers or 3PLs when needed (pricing, MOQs, certifications, etc.).

• Organized & Reliable: You communicate clearly and always follow through.
• Comfortable Communicating with Suppliers: You're confident on calls and emails, and know how to ask the right questions.
• Fluent in English: Both written and spoken.

Increased chances of getting the job when you have the following:
• Experience working with Chinese or Indian suppliers
• Background in e-commerce, logistics, or inventory
• Knowledge of Excel/Sheets formulas, Inventory management formulas.
