About Us:
Positioned for Excellence Leadership Academy is a nonprofit organization providing leadership development, STEM enrichment, and character-building programs for students ages 8–12. Our mission is to inspire, equip, and empower the next generation of leaders through hands-on learning, mentorship, and community engagement.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and highly organized Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help grow awareness of our programs and strengthen our community engagement. This person will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing tasks, promoting events, and managing digital content to reach parents, educators, and potential partners.

• Promote programs and events on Eventbrite and online community calendars
• Post to relevant
• Update and optimize our Google Business Profile
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, churches, bloggers, and community partners
• Design digital flyers and newsletters for parent communication
• Respond to public inquiries via
• Maintain a marketing tracker to document outreach efforts and performance
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3 years of marketing, community outreach, or nonprofit promotion experience
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Suite, and social media tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• A passion for youth development, education, or community engagement is a plus
