We are looking for a smart, loyal, fast-learning Virtual Assistant to join our global AI enterprise. You will work directly with the founder, helping build cutting-edge AI agents, assist in content creation, and support our Skool.com education community.

Responsibilities:

Learn how to build simple AI Agents (training provided)

Use tools like n8n, ChatGPT, Notion, Google Docs

Write short blog articles, summaries, and video scripts

Help organize our Skool.com courses and community

Attend daily Zoom check-ins (Mon–Fri)

Be willing to grow long-term with our company

Requirements:

Must speak and write English well

High IQ and hunger to learn (we will train you in AI)

Willing to work full-time and learn fast

Can follow instructions, take feedback, and improve

Bonus: Content writing, video voiceover, or presentation skills

Bonus if you have:

Experience with Notion, n8n, Airtable, or Zapier

Background in content creation or research

Curiosity in automation, marketing, or tech
