Phone Customer Service for HVAC Retailer

Hello Everyone,

My name is Jonathan. I am the owner of Mini Split Systems Direct, an e-commerce company that primarily sells HVAC products.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Shopify store VA to join our growing team.

Here is what we are looking for:

-Flexible working hours: REQUIRED (10:45 am - 7: 45 pm est Monday - Saturday)
-Excellent knowledge and expertise using the Shopify platform: REQUIRED
-Experience in handling customer service concerns: REQUIRED.
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills: REQUIRED
-High experience with teamwork
-Comfortable with fast pace environments

Here is what you'll be doing day to day:

1. Providing customer service via phone calls from customers between 10:45 AM EST to 7: 45 PM EST. This may be providing tracking information, checking the status of an order, or reaching out to a manufacture for specific information and following up with the customer.
2. After Sales Support Via Phone Calls: At times you will receive calls for warranty/technical support from our existing customers. You will resolve these inquires by either providing the contact details for technical support to our customers, or, taking notes from said phone calls, and providing this information to tea ---------- mbers via slack so our email team may reach out to the customer to answer/resolve their inquiry.
4. Returning missed calls from customers between 10:45 AM EST to 7: 45 PM EST
5. You will need to take notes for every customer interaction.
