We're growing fast and looking for a motivated, reliable Appointment Setter/Sales Representative to help us manage incoming leads and book appointments.

Job Description:

-Respond quickly to new customer inquiries via phone, text, and email
-Understand customer needs and recommend the right service package
-Guide customers to schedule an appointment
-Follow up with leads who have not booked yet
-Maintain accurate notes and status updates in CRM
-Provide excellent, friendly customer service
-Work U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) hours

Qualifications:

-Excellent spoken and written English
-Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales
-Strong communication and active listening skills
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Comfortable using CRM, phone dialers, and email tools
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads
-Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
-Automotive interest/knowledge is a bonus (but not required)

Working Hours:

-8:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
-3 days per week to start with opportunity to grow into full time Monday-Friday (schedule may vary based on volume)
