META Media Buyer / VA / Graphic Designer

We are a Dubai-based agency specialising in lead generation for health and wellness businesses. Our focus is on delivering high-quality leads through strategic advertising and automation, priding ourselves on generating revenue for our clients.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Meta media buying, proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL), and skills in graphic and video editing. This role is integral to our client acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation.

- Set up and manage GoHighLevel CRM, including automations, workflows, and pipelines.

- Create and edit static graphics and short-form videos for advertising purposes.

- Develop compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences.

- Conduct outreach via direct messaging to potential clients.

- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

- Collaborate with the team to refine marketing strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Meta media buying with a track record of successful campaigns.

- Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM, including setting up automations and managing client pipelines.

- Strong skills in graphic design and video editing tools.

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

- Punctual and reliable, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.

- Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.

- Availability during Dubai working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UAE time).


Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience in the health and wellness industry.

- Familiarity with other digital marketing platforms and tools.
