JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for some additional support agents for our hosting service. Duties would be to answer support tickets, Live chats, assist customers as well as posting on our Blog/forums when the ticket queue has been taken care of.
Experience with Wordpress, cPanel and PHP is recommended.
