Full Stack Web Developer

This listing is for a full-stack web developer (back-end + front-end) who wants to work remotely in a self-managed, results-based environment starting at 20 hours a week. Applicants should be strong developers, hard workers, and have extensive experience in full-stack development work.

Requirements for applicants: Proficiency in Laravel, PHP, AWS, HTML, CSS (also great if you have experience in WordPress, LAMP, Magento). Fluency in English reading and speaking.

The successful applicant will work as an assistant developer for an online business partner of ours.

This assistant developer role has the potential to evolve into a larger role in terms of autonomy, time, and compensation. However, a successful applicant will be someone able to self-learn, solve problems, and complete assignments with minimal direction/supervision.

If the candidate is a good fit with the team, the job can quickly go from 20 hours (part-time) to 40 hours (full-time).

Job performance will be evaluated based on communication, results, and efficiency.
