Email Marketing Migration Specialist: Omnisend to Klaviyo

We're a growing e-commerce business seeking a meticulous and experienced Email Marketing Migration Specialist to expertly transfer our entire email marketing ecosystem from Omnisend to Klaviyo. This is a critical project to ensure the smooth continuation and potential enhancement of our customer communication and sales efforts.

Your Mission:

Expertly migrate all existing email marketing campaigns from Omnisend to Klaviyo. This includes one-off campaigns, templates, and content.
Rebuild and optimize all automated email workflows in Klaviyo. This encompasses welcome series, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase sequences, browse abandonment, win-back campaigns, and any other custom automations.
Accurately transfer and map subscriber lists and segments from Omnisend to Klaviyo. Ensure data integrity and proper segmentation setup in the new platform.
Integrate Klaviyo with our existing e-commerce platform (specify platform if known, e.g., Shopify, etc.) and any other relevant tools.
Thoroughly test all migrated campaigns and automations in Klaviyo to ensure proper functionality, deliverability, and trigger accuracy.
Provide clear documentation of the migration process and any key configurations in Klaviyo.
Potentially identify opportunities for optimization and leveraging Klaviyo's unique features during the migration process.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Proven experience in migrating email marketing platforms, specifically from Omnisend to Klaviyo. Please highlight specific migration projects in your application.
Deep understanding of both Omnisend and Klaviyo platforms, including their features, automation capabilities, segmentation logic, and template management.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce email marketing best practices and strategies.
