Real estate acquisitions manager

We’re looking for a driven Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to find and secure great property deals. You’ll be responsible for identifying leads, evaluating deals, negotiating purchases, and closing transactions.

Responsibilities:

Find potential properties through research, networking, and lead sources
Analyze property values and investment potential
Negotiate purchase terms with sellers or agents
Manage the due diligence and closing process
Build relationships with brokers, agents, and investors

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Familiar with real estate market trends and property evaluation
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work M-F 10-6pm EST
