Virtual Assistant – Ad Posting & Customer Messaging (U.S. Diabetic Supplies Business)

Job Description:
We are Income For Diabetics LLC, a fast-growing U.S. business that buys unused diabetic supplies from individuals nationwide. We are looking for a long-term, reliable virtual assistant to help us grow and manage daily tasks.

Your Tasks Will Include:
• Responding to customer messages via Google Voice, Facebook, and WhatsApp
• Posting ads on ---------- and Facebook Marketplace (U.S. cities)
• Tracking customer leads in Google Sheets
• Scheduling and confirming pickups or shipments
• Following up with previous sellers to close deals

What We’re Looking For:
• Good written English
• Friendly, respectful tone with customers
• Organized, with basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Familiarity with U.S. geography and time zones
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsive (must have strong internet)

Hours:

10–20 hours/week to start, with potential to grow.

Pay:

$3.50–$6/hour depending on experience
