Shopify Product Lister & Creative Designer for Fashion eCommerce

I'm looking for a highly experienced, results-driven Product Lister and Creative Designer to join my fast-growing fashion eCommerce business. This is a permanent, long-term role — not a short gig or a place to learn on the job.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for creating high-converting Shopify product listings and fashion-focused Facebook ad creatives. This includes everything from product titles and descriptions to image layouts, ad visuals, and engaging copy that drives real sales. You must understand how to speak to fashion-conscious audiences in European markets like Germany, Austria.
You’ll have full creative control — but also full responsibility. I’m not looking to micromanage. I want someone who knows what they’re doing and can take initiative.

What I’m Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of Shopify experience (non-negotiable)
Strong portfolio of Facebook ad creatives and product listings for fashion brands
Solid knowledge of what sells in the EU fashion market
Experience creating high-converting product pages, optimized for both mobile and desktop
Excellent copywriting skills — both for product descriptions and ads
Design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, etc.) with strong attention to branding
Deep understanding of conversion, branding, and revenue-driving design
Able to work independently and take full ownership of tasks — no hand-holding
Familiarity with Shopify apps, store optimization, localization, and creative testing

Trial Period & Expectations:
A 3-day paid trial will be required to assess your skills and performance
