Real Estate Video Editor

Looking for an RE Video editor experienced with Davinci or similar software with excellent english to create 1 min (mostly) up to 2 min videos of homes for sale. I am located in the US Eastern time zone (12 hours behind) and require videos to be delivered before 6 am US time. Raw files are uploaded to dropbox early evening US time. I am looking for an editor skilled in color grading, creative and follows notes well. Requests fluctuate from 0 jobs a day to a possible 1-3 . Last month I had a total of 17 videos. I pay $30 per video via Paypal. Video editor will coordinate with myself and/or my office manager as well as image editor who both reside in the Philippines. I prefer an editor that is not working full time at another company and has back up contacts to create videos should you be ill or on vacation.
