Virtual Assistant

Hi! I’m a beauty professional and entrepreneur running multiple ventures including a hair extension brand and a nonprofit for youth. I’m looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations, communications, and light admin work.

You must be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks. Long-term potential for the right person.

Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy
• Familiar with Instagram, Canva, Google Drive, and scheduling tools
• Can work at least 10–15 hours/week (with flexible schedule, US time zone overlap preferred)
• Bonus if you have experience with beauty, fashion, or community organizations
