JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there! ????
We’re on the lookout for a Full Stack Developer who’s comfortable working with both Django and React. If you enjoy building clean, scalable web apps and love seeing your code come to life on both the backend and frontend, we’d love to meet you.

We’re a [brief company intro – e.g., “small but mighty team building tools for remote teams,” or “fast-growing startup transforming how people manage their finances”]. Our vibe is collaborative, transparent, and always learning.

What you'll be doing:
Building and maintaining features in Django (Python) and React (JavaScript).

Creating APIs and connecting the dots between frontend and backend.

Writing code that’s clean, tested, and easy to maintain.

Collaborating with designers, product folks, and other devs to bring ideas to life.

Helping us improve performance, usability, and scalability across the stack.

Taking ownership of your work and contributing ideas — we love initiative.

What we're looking for:
Solid experience with Django and React (2+ years in each is ideal).

Comfortable with REST APIs, Git, and working in a team using modern workflows.

Know your way around a database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).

Good understanding of frontend tooling (Webpack, npm/yarn).

Someone who writes clean code, asks questions, and isn’t afraid to learn on the go.

Nice-to-haves (but not required):
Experience with Docker, AWS, or CI/CD pipelines.

Familiar with GraphQL or modern testing tools (like PyTest or Jest).

A good eye for UI/UX or experience working closely with designers.

What it’s like working with us:
Remote-first and flexible — we care about results, not micromanaging.

Small team, big impact — your voice matters here.

Laid-back, but we take our work seriously.

Room to grow — technically and professionally.

Regular virtual hangouts, optional memes in Slack, and a collaborative culture.

Sound like a good fit?
Send us your resume, GitHub (or portfolio), and maybe a short note about why you're interested. We don’t need a formal cover letter — just tell us a bit about yourself and your experience.
