Ensure equipment is maintained following its maintenance schedule
• Creating and maintaining a clean, organized workshop area.
• Recruitement and supervision of staff
• Opening and closing of jobs after maintenance is complete
• Ensuring records are kept for each equipment
• System file database to be kept up to date
• Allocation of jobs to employees depending on task required
• Inspection of work to ensure quality of work carried out
• Responsible maintaining safe working practices
• Provide oversight and check job estimates.
• Creating a preventive maintenance schedule and implement
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
