The Role
We’re hiring a Creative Executive Assistant — a dynamic, full-time tea
This isn’t a routine assistant role. It’s for someone who wants to grow alongside a values-driven, fast-moving startup, take creative ownership, and support community-driven work that genuinely matters.
Key Responsibilities
???? Design & Creative Content
Create high-quality social media graphics and
Help develop branding and visual consistency across platforms and materials
Maintain a visual asset library (photos, videos, content templates)
Support light video editing for event recaps and promos
Collaborate on campaign ideas and brand storytelling
???? Marketing & Digital Communications
Draft and schedule
Manage content planning and posting on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Prepare partner-facing materials and documents (proposals, decks, reports)
Track engagement and contribute to growing online presence
????? Operations & Executive Support
Manage the Founder’s schedule, inbox, and high-priority task list
Join key meetings and prepare notes, summaries, and action plans
Coordinate logistics across events, programmes, and partnerships
Maintain timelines, task trackers, shared docs, and databases
Help communicate with coaches, venues, and external partners
Support onboarding and coordination with collaborators, freelancers, or part-time staff
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in a similar creative/admin hybrid or executive support role
Strong design skills (Adobe Suite/Canva or video editing is a bonus)
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-managed
Tech-savvy and familiar with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, or Trello)
Available fUK business hours (Mon–Fri)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience supporting a Founder, CEO, or leadership team
Familiarity with UK/USA audiences or the Muslim community (tone, sensitivities, context)
A passion for design, sport, creativity, or social impact
Light copywriting or brand voice experience
