We’re Emporium Security, a fast-growing Australian brand designing smart home security products — including solar-powered cameras and DIY alarm systems — built for homes, farms, and small businesses.

We’ve got strong product-market fit, a loyal customer base, and big goals to scale fast in 2025. We’re now hiring a performance-driven media buyer who can OWN the full customer journey — from ad creative all the way through to landing page conversion.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
• Run and optimise paid campaigns across:
• Meta (Facebook + Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, YouTube, PMax)
• TikTok Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and report weekly: ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, LTV
• Write creative briefs for our video editor and UGC team based on winning angles
• Plan and execute creative testing calendars (at least 3–5 new ads weekly)
• Create, update, or optimise landing pages and product pages to improve conversion rate
• Test different offers, bundles, urgency elements, reviews, and on-site messaging
• Use Shopify, GA4, Meta Events Manager, and other tools to connect all touchpoints

You’ll work alongside:
• A content editor (who will cut your ad creatives)
• A UGC outreach manager (who sources influencer/creator videos)
• The founder (who sets the vision and supports decision-making)

???? KPIs You’ll Own:
• Maintain or exceed target ROAS across all platforms
• Launch 3–5 new creative variations every week
• Deliver weekly reports with insights and next steps
• Improve on-site conversion rate through CRO experiments
• Identify new angles, hooks, offers, and landing pages that convert
• Proactively suggest bundles, pricing changes, and optimisations

We’ll give you freedom to execute — but we expect accountability, speed, and strategic thinking in return.

???? Must-Have Skills & Experience

? 2+ years running Meta Ads (required)
? Experience with Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads
? Familiar with Shopify and GA4 tracking
? Understand ad metrics deeply — ROAS, CPA, CTR, LTV, etc.
? Strong grasp of direct response marketing and creative psychology
? Can build or wireframe basic landing pages and product page improvements
? Fluent in English (writing + speaking)
? Highly proactive and independent — you take ownership without being told

? Bonus Points (Not Required, But Nice)
• Experience in home tech / home security / DTC product niches
• Copywriting background (ads, headlines, LPs)
• Experience with Klaviyo (for syncing offers to email/SMS)
• Familiarity with Notion, or Loom (internal tools)

???? Working Hours
• Full-time role: 40 hours/week
• Must be available for 2–3 hours overlap with AEST
• Rest of schedule is flexible — you control your workflow

???? Salary & Benefits
• Monthly salary: PHP 55,000 – 75,000 (based on experience)
• 13th month pay
• Performance-based bonuses and raises
