WordPress Developer and AI Avatar Integration Specialist (Real Estate Website Enhancement Project)

Vue Real Estate is seeking an experienced WordPress Developer with the ability to integrate a realistic AI-based video avatar that serves both as a client-facing representative and an interactive chatbot on our website ( ---------- ).

The AI avatar will directly engage website visitors, answer common real estate questions, and collect client information, without the use of a traditional text-only chatbot interface.

This project also requires minor design updates to the website to ensure brand consistency and improved user experience.

Responsibilities:
WordPress Customization:
Update the website’s font family to achieve a more modern and professional aesthetic.
Add and position the company logo appropriately across all pages.
Implement minor design, layout, and responsiveness improvements as needed.

AI Avatar and Chat Integration:

Build a basic chatbot using open-source tools
Scripted flow provided (FAQs about our real estate services)
Logic should allow for natural interaction and email capture
Use tools like D-ID or HeyGen to connect the chatbot to a human-like avatar
Avatar should deliver pre-recorded voice/audio (we’ll provide script, voice sample, and image)
Ensure avatar looks natural, loads fast, and is mobile-responsive
Develop or integrate a human-like AI video avatar of the founder based on a provided photo and voice sample.
Ensure the AI avatar speaks naturally, engages visitors, answers pre-defined real estate FAQs, and collects visitor emails.
The avatar must function as the primary interactive element, combining both visual engagement and conversational functionality.
Ensure the integration does not significantly affect website speed or mobile responsiveness.

Backend Setup:
Connect collected emails directly into the existing CRM system or designated email addresses.
Test all workflows thoroughly before launch to ensure smooth client interaction.

Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in WordPress website development and customization.
Understanding of AI-driven avatar development and website integration.
Experience with voice cloning tools and AI conversational platforms.
Ability to select and implement cost-effective solutions without dependency on specific platforms.
