JOB OVERVIEW

This is for the Customer Service Agent position in the CS Department for an ECommerce website that sells electronics and other gadgets online.

The CS Agent will be trained on LiveAgent platform to respond to Customer Service inquiries mostly dealing with shipping logistics and products. Phone calls will also be required through LiveAgent which can be 5% of your work. There will be a training period for the chosen candidate to learn the ins and outs of the Company.

DAILY TASK:

-Answering Ticket Inquiries
-Answering Emails
-Answering Chat
-Checking Shipping Logistics
-Troubleshooting of Products
-Refunds, Returns, and Replacement Processing


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Good Social and Communication Skills (People Person)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of being at a Call Center or Customer Service Department
- 100% Fluent in English (Speaking/Writing)
- Able to work EST business hours (6 days a week)



As most of our customers are from the USA, you MUST be able to work during normal business hours during your training.

We do 8 hour shifts per day for each Customer Support Agent.
This is a 24/7 Customer Support so your schedule will be determined on what is needed.
Hours needed are either in the AM or PM, EST Time.
Priority will be given to people who are familiar with the LiveAgent platform and already have a solid understanding of best practices for Customer Service.
