Are you a multi-skilled Virtual Assistant who loves variety in your work? Do you enjoy creating systems, managing content, and growing social media? If yes, we’d love to hear from you!
I’m a spiritual transformational life coach and holistic therapist setting up group coaching programs, courses, memberships, and digital products. I’m looking for a dependable, resourceful Virtual Assistant to help me grow my online business.
Your role will start part-time, and when you are a great fit and can help generate revenue in the first month, I will bring you on full-time.

What You’ll Do
1. System.io Management:
o Set up and optimize sales funnels, email campaigns, courses, websites, online shop and memberships.
o Upload and organize courses on System.io.
o Automate processes for online course delivery and customer follow-ups.
2. Social Media Management:
o Create and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
o Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva. Create visually appealing covers and layouts.
o Engage with followers and track performance metrics.
3. Content and Product Development:
o Assist with creating and formatting digital products like PDFs, workbooks, and eBooks.
o Proofread and ensure content quality.
4. General Admin Support:
o Respond to inquiries and emails.
o Organize files and tasks for smooth operations.
o Keep digital products organized and accessible.
o Assist with membership site setup and course uploads.
o Handle integrations with Stripe and other payment systems.

What You Need
• Experience with System.io. Ability to optimize funnels for sales and automation.
• Canva skills for designing graphics and posts.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and organic growth strategies.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Fluent in English writing and communication,
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated, reliable and with a problem-solving attitude.
