The Role:
We’re seeking a Google Ads, PPC, and Landing Page Creation Specialist to take full ownership of our paid traffic strategy. This role is for someone who doesn’t just “run ads” but engineers campaigns that convert, understands the psychology of high-net-worth homeowners, and knows how to craft landing pages that sell premium home upgrades.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategize, build, and manage high-performing Google Ads and PPC campaigns
• Design and optimize landing pages focused on lead generation in the luxury home space
• Analyze performance data and implement conversion-driven optimizations
• Collaborate with ownership to align messaging with our high-end brand
• Continuously A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and landing page flows


What You Bring:

• 5+ years of proven experience in Google Ads/PPC (with data to back it up)
• Mastery in high-conversion landing page creation and CRO best practices
• Strong portfolio of campaigns in high-ticket or luxury markets
• Obsession with metrics, testing, and scaling what works
• Ability to work independently and move fast without sacrificing quality
