Real Estate Video Editor

DESCRIPTION:
We’re a real estate media company based in Oregon (USA), and we’re looking for a reliable video editor to help with property walkthroughs on a per-project basis.

This is a gig-based role—some weeks we may send several projects, other weeks none. We need someone dependable who can jump in when it gets busy and deliver fast, clean, professional edits.



WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT:

We use a streamlined editing model. Clients choose from a library of 8–10 music tracks we’ve already curated. You’ll build editing templates around these tracks so future videos are faster to cut and naturally paced to the beat. This means no guessing on music or transitions—just plug and go while still delivering professional results.



WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Edit 1:30 to 2:30 min real estate walkthrough videos
• Create engaging, modern edits with clean transitions and smooth camera flow
• Add motion-tracked text or property lines when requested (paid add-ons)
• Optional: Create vertical social media reels using the same footage (add-on)



TOOLS REQUIRED:
• Must use: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Not accepted: CapCut, Canva, or mobile-only tools
• Bonus: Comfortable using Dropbox and ---------- for delivery and feedback



REQUIREMENTS:
• Portfolio of real estate videos (please don’t send weddings or travel vlogs)
• Experience syncing edits with music
• Clean modern style, good sense of timing, and no over-the-top transitions
• Can meet a 48-hour turnaround during busy weeks



PAY STRUCTURE (FIXED PER VIDEO):
• Walkthrough Video: $35 per video
• Add-On Reels (Vertical): +$15 per reel
• Add-On Motion Graphics (Text/Property Lines): +$10 per video
• Paid weekly or by batch via Wise or PayPal
