Position: Social Media Specialist

Type: Full-Time | Remote | Working with multiple contracts IS NOT ACCEPTED
Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM PST (Los Angeles Time), REQUIRED, NOT NEGOTIABLE

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and highly proactive Social Media Sales Manager to take full ownership of our social media presence and drive profit & sales growth across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and has a deep understanding of influencer marketing, social commerce (TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, Facebook Shop), and daily social media operations.

Key Responsibilities - What You’ll Do:
1. Own Sales and Profit Goals on Social Media
- Drive qualified traffic and revenue through strategic content, campaigns, and influencer collaboration on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Grow audience engagement, followers, and conversion through organic and paid strategies.

2. Influencer Outreach and Management
- Identify, outreach to, and negotiate with influencers that align with brand goals.
- Manage relationships and communication, and assess the value of each collaboration.
- Coordinate with influencers to generate high-performing UGC for ads and organic growth.

3. UGC Strategy & Execution
- Plan, brief, and oversee the creation of UGC (User Generated Content) with influencers with a strong focus on high CTR and conversion.
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform and campaign objective.

4. Audience Targeting & Campaign Planning
- Plan and test social media campaigns to identify the most effective audience segments per brand.
- Work closely with paid media or ad buying teams (internal or external) to align content and targeting strategies.

5. Brand Consistency & Collaboration
- Align all content and communication with the digital marketing team to ensure a unified brand presence across all platforms.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Provide daily performance updates and in-depth monthly/quarterly/yearly reports.
- Analyze key metrics like conversion rate, sales, traffic, ROI, follower growth, and engagement.
- Offer actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements - What We’re Looking For:
Working Hour: 9AM to 6PM PST (Los Angeles Time), REQUIRED, NOT NEGOTIABLE
1. 5+ years of experience in social media marketing with a proven track record in driving e-commerce profit and sales.
2. 1+ year of hands-on experience managing TikTok U.S. Shop, Instagram Shop, and Facebook Shop operations.
3. Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube ecosystems.
4. Demonstrated success in influencer marketing and UGC acquisition.
5. Strong analytical skills and experience in building actionable reports.
6. Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
7. Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
