Social Media & Email Marketing Manager

We are a Florida-based law firm looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to join our remote team. This position is ideal for someone based in the Philippines who has a strong grasp of brand voice, visual storytelling, and knows how to create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will be responsible for creating and scheduling content across our social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing our presence using Zoho Social. You’ll also manage our email marketing calendar and website blog, write compelling newsletters, and run automated campaigns using Zoho Campaigns to educate and engage our audience on legal services such as estate planning, business formation, family law, and tax preparation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, fluent in English, has a creative eye for design, and is familiar with Canva, Zoho tools, and short-form video content. You should be comfortable repurposing long-form content (like webinars or interviews) into bite-sized clips, reels, and carousels, and writing captions that reflect our approachable and professional brand voice. Experience working with law firms, professional service providers, or mission-driven brands is a plus. A strong internet connection, ability to work independently, and willingness to meet weekly content deadlines are essential.
