Senior Web & SEO Specialist (Landing Pages, UI/UX, AI Powered)

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and launch high converting landing pages & websites in WordPress (& Elementor) or headless setups
- Translate Figma/Framer designs into pixel perfect, responsive builds
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and link building outreach
- Monitor rankings and traffic; implement data driven improvements
- Design intuitive, mobile first UI/UX aligned with brand guidelines
- Iterate on designs using user feedback and analytics
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) to accelerate copy, visuals, and prototyping
- Identify and implement automation to streamline development and marketing workflows

Must?Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years full stack web development (React/Next.js + Node.js or PHP)
- 3+ years building and optimizing WordPress sites and landing pages
- Deep, hands on SEO expertise (technical, content, outreach)
- Proficient with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React/Next.js a plus)
- Strong UI/UX portfolio (Figma, Framer, Adobe XD)
- Experience integrating AI tools into marketing or dev workflows
- Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Skills:
- WooCommerce or Shopify theme customization
- Headless CMS experience (WP REST API, Contentful, Sanity)
- PHP or Node.js knowledge
- Analytics/dashboarding (GA4, Data Studio)
