JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a digital marketing agency specializing in email marketing, branding, digital ads, and innovative creative solutions in the alcoholic beverage industry. We need an Editor-in-Chief who’s highly organized, proactive, and ready to keep projects on track.

What You’ll Do

- Manage the creative team, both writers and designers, and give actionable feedback.
- Own the tone, clarity, and consistency across all content, from emails and brand stories to ad campaigns and digital assets.
- Edit and approve copy to meet client goals and creative standards and provide creative direction for accompanying assets.
- Coordinate timelines across multiple projects; work closely with fulfillment, operations, and accounts to keep things on track.
- Work with the accounts team to turn briefs into compelling creative assets and angles.
- Keep tasks organized on ---------- and streamline communication via Slack.
- Present ideas, respond to feedback, and help articulate the creative rationale behind the work.
- Catch inconsistencies early, clarify vague inputs, and move deadlines forward without compromising quality.

Your Skills & Experience

- 5+ years in editorial or content leadership, ideally in an agency setting.
- Proven editing skills—firm grasp of tone, structure, and how to cut through the noise.
- Can confidently manage multiple deadlines across diverse formats and industries.
- Comfortable with project management tools and fast-moving content workflows.
- Collaborative, clear communicator who can direct and support writers and designers.
- Familiar with digital marketing, email campaigns, and branding fundamentals.
- Bonus: Experience shaping brand voice from scratch or overseeing large-scale content rollouts.
