We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Admin to support our U.S.-based finance team with key accounting tasks. This is a back-office, remote role focused on data entry, invoice processing, and accurate recordkeeping.

What You'll Do
- Enter invoices, receipts, and other financial data into our systems
- Process bills and prepare them for approval and payment
- Record customer payments and update accounts
- Track and follow up on unpaid invoices via email
- Assist with credit card and bank reconciliations
- Maintain organized digital financial records
- Review employee expense reports for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, receipts, and statements
- Organize and file employee documentation and financial documents
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team on an ad hoc basis

What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of accounting or administrative support experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Ramp)
- Strong written English skills for email communication
- Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time
- Able to collaborate remotely using Slack and email

Pay Range: $10–$13 USD/hour (based on experience)
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
