Sales Onboarding Expert

Full-Time | Remote | $5.50/hr + Sales Incentives | 11AM–8PM EST

We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic, and persuasive Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. You'll play a key role as the first point of contact for potential clients experiencing financial hardship.


Your Responsibilities
Handle inbound live call transfers from marketing and lead-gen funnels
Make outbound calls to warm leads and appointment-set contacts
Manage communications across phone, email, and chat
Follow up on interested leads and nurture them through the sales process
Deliver empathetic, consultative service to clients under financial stress
Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly sales goals
Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM system

What We’re Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or light accent preferred)
Experience in sales and customer support – ideally with U.S. clients
Empathy + sales – you know how to listen, build trust, and close deals
Confident on the phone, even with difficult conversations
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Familiarity with CRMs, call tools, or willingness to learn
Self-starter with a growth mindset and team-player attitude

Compensation & Perks
$5.50/hour starting rate
Sales incentives available after 60 days based on performance

Work Hours
Full-time
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (U.S. Time)
Monday to Friday (occasional weekend follow-up calls if needed)
