Job Summary:
Next Source LLC is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Zapier and HubSpot Automation Specialist to streamline our workflows and enhance our marketing and sales processes. You will be responsible for building, implementing, and maintaining integrations and automations primarily using Zapier and HubSpot. Experience with Mailchimp and its integration capabilities is a significant plus. This role requires a strong understanding of automation principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement Automations: Design, build, and deploy automated workflows using Zapier to connect various applications and automate repetitive tasks across different departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service).
• HubSpot Workflow Management: Create and manage sophisticated workflows within HubSpot for lead nurturing, sales automation, customer onboarding, and more.
• Integrate HubSpot with Other Tools: Seamlessly integrate HubSpot with other business applications, with a strong focus on Zapier.
• Mailchimp Integration (Bonus): Integrate and automate data flow between HubSpot and Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns, list management, and segmentation.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Monitor existing automations and integrations, identify and resolve any issues, and continuously optimize them for efficiency and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand their needs and develop automation solutions that address their specific requirements.
• Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation for all implemented automations and integrations.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest features and best practices in Zapier, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience (e.g., X years) as a Zapier expert, demonstrating the ability to build complex multi-step Zaps.
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM and its automation capabilities (Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of APIs and data transfer between different platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective automation solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.1
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Bonus Points For:
• Experience with Mailchimp and its integrations with HubSpot or other platforms.
• Knowledge of other automation tools or CRM systems.
• Familiarity with webhooks and custom API integrations.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
