???? About the Role
We are expanding our real estate investment operations and looking to hire an SMS Lead Qualifier to engage with property owners through text messaging at scale.

You'll use Smarter Contact to send 1,000+ SMS daily and manage active conversations with potential home sellers. Your goal: qualify leads and smoothly hand them over to our Acquisition Team. Some calls with prospects will be required for deeper qualification.

???? Key Responsibilities
Send 1,000+ SMS per day via Smarter Contact to homeowners (skip-traced lists provided)

Manage multiple active SMS conversations efficiently and professionally

Qualify leads based on property and seller motivation criteria

Conduct light phone calls with potential sellers to confirm property details and motivation

Enter and track lead data in REsimpli CRM

Use a bank of pre-approved message templates to handle a wide range of seller responses

Collaborate with the Acquisition Team for warm lead hand-offs

Maintain daily productivity and reporting standards

???? Requirements
? Excellent written and spoken English — clear, natural, and professional
? Ability to manage and prioritize many conversations at once
? Strong active listening and objection-handling skills
? Tech-savvy with experience in REsimpli CRM and/or Smarter Contact (preferred)
? Prior experience in real estate lead qualifying, cold outreach, or similar roles
? Reliable home office setup with stable internet
? Available to work full-time, EST hours (9am–6pm, Mon–Fri)
? Team player looking for a stable, long-term opportunity
