Full Stack Developer

License Logic is a bootstrapped SaaS platform designed to help businesses manage and optimize their software spend. Our features include SaaS discovery, contract management with AI, and price intelligence benchmarks. We’re seeking a Part-Time Backend Developer to enhance our platform by building and maintaining key backend components.

You’ll focus on solving problems like filtering relevant SaaS applications, integrating contract management systems, and optimizing our AI-driven features. If you thrive on challenging backend development tasks and want to contribute to a fast-growing startup, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services supporting our SaaS discovery agent, price intelligence, and contract management features.

Optimize data processing and integration for usage tracking, contract parsing, and analytics.

Build and refine APIs to support frontend and customer integrations.

Implement advanced filtering logic to improve SaaS application discovery accuracy.

Debug and resolve technical issues with existing backend systems.

Collaborate with the product team to design and deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements:

Tech Stack: Strong experience in Python (preferred) and Django/Flask frameworks.

Database Expertise: Proficiency in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS services, including EC2, RDS, and S3.

AI/ML Integration: Understanding of integrating AI models or APIs for data parsing and intelligence.

Version Control: Experience using Git for collaborative development.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with ETL pipelines for SaaS usage data.

Knowledge of SaaS management or IT software tools.

Exposure to RESTful APIs or GraphQL.

Work Details:

Hours: 20-40 hours per week with flexibility.

Duration: Ongoing, with potential for increased responsibilities.

Timezone: Flexible, with availability for periodic team syncs.
