Virtual Assistant – Telemarketer for U.S. Insurance Agency (Work From Home, Full-Time)
Job Overview:
Our fast-growing U.S.-based insurance agency (Hector Uriel Insurance Agency) is looking for a proactive, English-speaking Virtual Assistant to work as a Telemarketer. You will call warm leads (provided by us), qualify them for insurance quotes, and collect the necessary information for our licensed agents to complete the sale.
Work Hours:
Full-Time | Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Texas Time | CST)
Location: Work from home
Salary: Starting at $600/month, negotiable depending on experience
Bonuses: Yes – performance-based incentives

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to warm leads from our CRM
Engage with prospects and pre-qualify them for auto/home/life insurance
Ask questions and gather all necessary quoting information (driver info, vehicle/home data, coverage preferences, etc.)
Enter accurate data into our CRM and prepare leads for licensed agents
Transfer warm leads or schedule follow-ups as needed
Follow call scripts and meet daily performance targets
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience in telemarketing, sales, or lead generation preferred
Familiarity with U.S. insurance is a plus (but not required – we train!)
Quiet work environment and stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Noise-canceling headset and reliable PC/laptop
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
Willingness to work U.S. business hours (Night shift PH time)
