JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing ad agency that runs Meta and TikTok ads for LASIK clinics across the U.S.

We’re not just looking for an editor who can follow instructions.

We’re looking for someone who cares about the craft—who understands how to tell a story, keep viewers watching, and understands visual hooks.

What We’re Looking For
We need someone who:
- Knows how to edit for direct-response—you get what makes people stop, watch, and click.
- Doesn’t settle for random B-roll—you hunt for the right shots that add meaning to the story.
- Thinks beyond Hormozi subtitles—font choice, placement, and style can make or break the way people understand our brand.
- Can take scripts and direction, then run with them to deliver consistent, seamless edits that flow perfectly.

The Work:
Edit 40-second ads aimed at getting people to book LASIK consultations
Scripts and creative direction provided
You handle editing, B-roll selection, subtitles, animations, and delivery

Weekly flow:
Monday > Get briefs + start edits
Wednesday > Send in finished edits
Thursday > Handle revisions
Friday > Prep for the next week

Weekly load: 2–3 videos (to begin with)
