Digital Marketing Assistant - SEO/PPC/SEM/Email Marketing/SMM (hybrid role)

Specialisation: Testing New Marketing Channels & Email Campaigns

Location: Hybrid. 3 days per week onsite at Cebu IT Park Office, 2 days remote

Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (British Time)

Salary: PHP 50,000/month + 13th Month + Performance Bonus + PHP 15,000 HMO Allowance

This well-established, multi-award-winning company based in the UK is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join their growing team in the Philippines.

They are an online marketplace for transporting goods - with official eBay-compatible status.

Millions of everyday consumers list goods they need to move on their site and then receive quotes from their base of over 350,000 transport companies already making similar trips. It keeps trucks full of cargo, helps the environment, and gives consumers a low price at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

Experiment with new marketing channels (social platforms, ad formats, content strategies, etc.) to identify scalable opportunities

Execute and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking

Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with company goals

Provide performance insights and assist in optimising future campaigns

Support various marketing initiatives and help maintain campaign timelines

Who We're Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role

Familiar with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Klaviyo, etc.)

Curious and experimental mindset—comfortable testing, measuring, and learning from data

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
