JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for motivated, full-time Sales Representatives based in the Philippines to help us grow our international client base. You will be selling trademark registration assistance packages, targeting businesses in the UK and US.

This is a pure sales role – no legal work involved. You’ll be responsible for finding and engaging prospects using platforms like LinkedIn, email, CRM, chat, and phone (we provide all tools and data). Your focus will be on connecting with business owners and decision-makers, understanding their needs, and helping them get protected with the right trademark package.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact qualified business leads (outbound sales)
- Use LinkedIn and other tools to prospect and research potential clients
- Follow up through email, CRM, chat, and phone (tools provided)
- Book consultations and close deals for our trademark registration packages
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client data
- Meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs
- Work closely with our team to continuously improve sales techniques

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English (near-native level)
- Strong internet connection and backup options
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service (B2B preferred)
- Confident, results-driven, and proactive personality
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRMs, and communication tools
- Advantage: background in legal, paralegal, or intellectual property – but not required

Work Schedule
- Full-time – Monday to Friday
- Some flexibility required to align partially with UK/US business hours

Salary Estimate
We recommend a fixed monthly salary of PHP 35,000 – 50,000, depending on experience, with the potential for bonuses based on performance. Candidates with strong B2B sales experience or legal background may be offered higher compensation.
