Pass only warm leads to me — you don't have to close or negotiate, just prep the call

Track all activity in ---------- (update statuses, tag follow-ups)

Daily reports of Key Performance Indicators (Number of calls made, how many picked up ect)

Must-Haves:
-STRONG ENGLISH
-Confidence handling light objections

Bonus / what we look for:
-Experience cold calling off-market seller leads
Wholesaling background (you understand seller psychology and how to qualify)
