Media Buyer/Marketing Assistant

Our Media Buyer/Marketing Manager will help us nurture and grow our client accounts while also helping us grow the agency. We are looking for a full-time tea ---------- mber to stay with our team and grow within the agency as we expand.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
- Overview and maintenance of client Google & Facebook campaigns.
- Overview and maintenance of client communications and campaign management.
- Management of HighLevel CRM for agency and client accounts.
- Management of ClickUp project management software.
- Management of reporting for client accounts.
- Management of agency marketing tasks.

Our ideal candidate has experience with:
- Paid media planning & buying.
- Tag management (Google Tag Manager) and conversion tracking (Google & Meta)
- CRM systems.
- Client management, communication, research, and assistance.

We are building the agency and are in growth mode, so it is important that you are:
- Great at written and verbal English.
- Are comfortable working with clients directly once fully trained via email, phone, and video conferencing as needed.
- Are eager to help develop the systems and procedures for the agency to grow.

We also use the following programs and platforms listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but willing to dive in and learn those you don’t have experience with:
- Google Ads (Search & Display)
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- ClickUp (Project Management Tool)
- HighLevel (CRM)
- Google Workspace - Docs, Sheets, & Slides

This is a full-time position:
- Mondays through Friday, 8am-5pm U.S. Central Time Zone.
- You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after 6 months.
- We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

Salary:
$700-$1,000/month for full-time work

You’ll be working with the CEO directly on all initiatives. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team to handle our marketing and media tasks.
