JOB OVERVIEW

We are on a mission to connect low-income Americans in California with free phones, and wireless service through the California Lifeline program. We’re looking for a proactive and friendly tea ---------- mber who can help us grow by building relationships with community organizations, social service groups, and online publications.

Responsibilities:
• Outreach to California-based organizations (nonprofits, clinics, food banks, etc.) to offer free tablets that can help their communities apply for service.
• Manage follow-up and coordinate shipments of devices or brochures.
• Pitch guest post ideas and backlink opportunities to relevant blogs, directories, and partner websites.
• Handle basic social media management (posting updates, answering DMs, sharing community wins).
• Track outreach in a simple CRM or spreadsheet and report on progress weekly.

Requirements:
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Comfortable sending emails, cold DMs, and managing outreach lists.
• Friendly, professional tone and ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Basic understanding of SEO, backlinks, or guest posting is a plus.
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter).
• Bonus: Familiarity with community-based programs in the U.S.
