JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We're seeking a motivated and organized Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our reach and drive new client opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cold calling, lead research, and appointment setting. You’ll play a key part in supporting our founder by identifying potential clients and scheduling introductory calls.

Responsibilities:

Use our platform(s) to identify and research potential business leads that fit our service offering

Input new contacts and company information into our CRM system

Cold call and email prospective clients to introduce our services and gauge interest

Log outreach activity and maintain accurate records of all interactions

Schedule discovery calls with interested leads directly into the founder’s calendar

Update notes on call outcomes and highlight warm or high-potential prospects

Collaborate regularly with the founder to refine outreach strategies

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or B2B sales preferred

Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal)

Comfortable navigating CRM tools and sourcing platforms

Self-starter who can work independently and follow a structured outreach process

Professional, friendly, and persistent attitude
