Chat-Based Sales & Customer Support – FULLY REMOTE (No Calls!)

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals from the Philippines to join our remote team as Chat Support & Sales Agents. This is a non-voice position, where you will interact with customers via chat, provide friendly support, and help promote digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in real-time chat with subscribers

Answer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner

Promote and upsell digital content

Build rapport with customers to enhance their experience

Provide high-quality customer service at all times

Qualifications:

Must be currently living in the Philippines

Excellent written English communication skills

Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (test may be required)

Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

Stable internet connection and quiet work environment

Willing to provide proof of residency
