About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations & Client Success Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
You’ll work directly with the founder, manage internal workflows, support clients, and be the engine that keeps the business running efficiently.
Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via platforms
Manage and improve the onboarding process for new clients
Oversee day-to-day team operations and coordinate with marketing/sales
Track key tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve support issues quickly
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal communication
Help document and improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support launches and campaigns
Report weekly progress and suggest improvements to systems and tools
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 2+ years experience in operations, client support, or admin
Are highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Communicate clearly and professionally (written and verbal)
Love solving problems and making systems more efficient
Can multitask and manage several priorities without stress
Have experience with tools like Workspace, Notion, Gohigh level, or CRMs
Are interested in finance, trading, or online education (bonus!)
