Position: Order Fulfillment Assistant

Location: Remote (Must follow Hong Kong timezone & join daily Zoo ---------- etings for close communication with teammates)

Employment Type: Full-Time 9am-6pm (Monday to Sunday 7 days a week) (Starts with 4-8 weeks probation evaluate performance)

Salary: PHP 13,000–18,000/month (Full-time, based on skills and performance)

Network Speed & Stability: High-speed and stable internet connection is a must (we cannot accept often internet disruption)

We are a growing e-commerce business selling on marketplaces like Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Temu to the US and Europe. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Order Fulfillment Assistant to support our team with daily order processing, tracking, and basic customer service. No prior experience is required, but you must be organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment & Tracking
- Process customer orders accurately across multiple marketplaces.
- Ensure timely shipping and update tracking information to meet marketplace standards.
- Flag and report any shipping issues to the team for quick resolution.

Basic Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via marketplace platforms.
- Assist with resolving basic customer issues, such as order status or tracking questions.
- Escalate complex issues (e.g., disputes, refunds) to senior teammates.

Support Team Operations
- Communicate daily with teammates via Zoom to stay aligned on tasks.
- Assist with basic data entry or updates related to orders and inventory.
- Follow established workflows to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail to avoid errors in order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic communication skills for responding to customer inquiries.
- Comfortable using basic tools like Excel, email, and marketplace platforms (training provided).

Experience:
- **No prior experience required; fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
