About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Video Producer to join our team at 99Commerce.

This project and performance-based position involves working on high-level video editing tasks, including complex effects, transitions, motion graphics, and video template management. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality videos that align with brand goals and collaborating with other departments to create cohesive and effective visual content. You will also help mentor other editors and manage large video projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating top-of-the-line video templates for reuse by other editors.
- Handling advanced visual effects and motion graphics, with expertise in color grading and sound editing.
- Managing project-based video projects, ensuring seamless integration of creative elements.
- Using various video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and HitFilm Pro.
Collaborating with the C-level and video production teams to ensure high-quality video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Continuously innovating and creating adaptable video templates that reflect changing marketing needs
- Leading and mentoring junior video editors, offering guidance on video adjustments, effects, and transitions.

What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in video editing, especially with complex editing, effects, transitions, and motion graphics.
- Advanced skills in visual effects, video template creation, color grading, and sound editing.
- Familiarity with video compression and optimization techniques for social media platforms.
- Proven leadership experience in mentoring or leading other video editors.
- Proficiency in advanced video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Avid Media Composer.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to improve video quality through creative problem-solving.
- A proactive, independent, and deadline-driven work style.
