Professional property group business looking for a highly skilled Wholesale Real Estate Expert to set up and run our operations in the state of Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the wholesale real estate market, excellent networking and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle all aspects of the business from client connection to deal finalization. You will be the go-to expert for managing and executing all transactions while ensuring compliance with Georgia's state laws and regulations.

Responsibilities"
- Establish and run a full-time wholesale real estate business in Georgia.
- Connect with potential buyers, sellers, and investors to identify opportunities.
- Negotiate and close wholesale real estate deals efficiently and effectively.
- Manage the entire process of a deal, from sourcing properties to finalizing contracts.
- Ensure all transactions are compliant with Georgia state laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
- Provide guidance and expertise on market trends, pricing, and investment strategies.
- Develop systems and processes to streamline and scale the business operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wholesale real estate (preferably in Georgia or similar markets).
- In-depth knowledge of Georgia real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and clients simultaneously.
- Access to or experience with real estate tools, CRM systems, and marketing strategies.
