Real Estate Cold Caller – Batch Dialer Experience Preferred

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company (NK House Buyers) actively looking to bring on a cold caller who can help us connect with motivated property owners. Your main task will be making outbound calls to homeowners using Batch Dialer and following a provided script to gauge seller interest.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls using Batch Dialer (or similar tool)

Follow a script to qualify motivated sellers

Tag and categorize leads in CRM

Update lead notes and status

Handle objections professionally and respectfully

Report daily progress

Requirements:

Experience in real estate cold calling or sales

Familiarity with Batch Dialer, Mojo, or similar

Excellent English (clear, neutral accent preferred)

Fast, reliable internet (screenshot required)

Quiet work environment with headset

Willingness to learn and grow long-term
