About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly creative and experienced Virtual Assistant for Content Creation to support two fast-paced, growing businesses: a real estate brand and a custom apparel company. If you have a strong background in content development, social media marketing, and design—and you’ve previously worked with realtors and/or in the apparel space—this might be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging and on-brand social media content (reels, captions, graphics) for both real estate and apparel accounts
Design marketing materials such as flyers, postcards, banners, product mockups, and
Repurpose raw footage and photos into polished content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for both businesses
Collaborate with the business owner to generate campaign ideas, highlight events, and promote products or listings
Create branded materials that align with each business’s identity and current goals
Required Experience & Skills:
Proven experience creating content for real estate agents and/or custom apparel businesses
Proficient in Canva and other design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Strong understanding of Instagram,
Excellent written English and attention to detail in caption creation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Bonus if you have experience with Shopify, Mailchimp, or video editing tools
Ideal Candidate:
A self-starter who loves being creative and turning ideas into polished content
Familiar with the needs of small business marketing, especially real estate and custom apparel
Comfortable working with fast deadlines and adapting quickly
Can bring fresh ideas while also executing an existing brand vision
