Technical Support

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
At least 6 months of experience in application or server monitoring
Familiar with ticketing systems and router/device configuration
Willing to work on shifting schedules

Job Responsibilities:

Handle incident and request management
Provide Level 1 support for network, applications, and email
Deliver remote technical assistance
