At The Evacuation Map Store, we're not just building a company; we're building a community. We're passionate about creating emergency evacuation route map displays. Our goal is to save lives worldwide, one building at a time!

This will start as a part-time position at first and develop into a full-time position in the future.
Candidate must be willing and able to work North American hours (9pm - 1am PH Time).
$200 - $400 to start (depending on experience)
Training will be provided.

What You'll Do:

Become a product/service expert, answering customer questions with confidence and clarity.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, using your problem-solving skills.
Provide support via phone, email and Zoom in a timely and professional manner.
Document customer interactions and feedback, helping us improve our services.
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a customer support environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A knack for problem-solving and a passion for helping others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
Proficiency with customer support tools and software.
A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
