Online HVAC Technician - Work from Home Position

Hello Everyone,

My name is Jonathan. I am the owner of Mini Split Systems Direct, an e-commerce company that primarily sells HVAC products.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Shopify store VA to join our growing team.

Here is what we are looking for (Do not apply if you do not have experience as an HVAC Technician):

-5 years experience as an HVAC Technician
-Flexible working hours: REQUIRED (9am - 6pm est Monday - Saturday)
-Experience in handling customer service concerns: REQUIRED.
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills: REQUIRED
-High experience with teamwork
-Comfortable with fast pace environments

Here is what you'll be doing day to day:

1. Aiding customers in building/selecting the right HVAC system for their office/home/business.
2. Sending/emailing quotes to customers
3. Technical support is taken care of by our manufactures, so you wont have to troubleshoot technical concerns, but you will have to communicate customer technical concerns to our manufactures, in order for our manufactures to contact our customers and resolve the issue.
